Terms & Conditions for Exchange / Sales Return and Refund
Exchange
Exchange of jewellery may be made within 7 days of the date of purchase only. If the jewellery is in fresh condition.
On any account Gold coins / cash repayment will not be given for exchange of such unused jewellery.
Order of Jewellery
Jewellery can be booked by paying minimum 90% value as advance.
If the customer has not taken delivery of jewellery within 30days from the due date, the advance amount paid by the customer will be repaid to them after deducting its wastage and making charges.
Diamond and Platinum Jewellery
90% MONEYBACK guarantee for Diamond and Platinum value is valid only along with Receipt and its Guarantee card.
Use With Care
Jewellery are manufactured in several designs to suit everyone and life of jewellery depends on the nature of its workmanship and usage. The company is not responsible for any breakage or damage caused in usage. Kindly take advise from our salesman before using.
